JERSEY CITY, N.J. | The 鶹ý (NJCU) Institute for Dispute Resolution will host a live, digital event on Thursday, September 17 entitled “Building the Future of Global Business: Enhancing Growth and Investment Through Mediation.” The digital stream of the event will begin globally at 11 a.m. EDT.
The event will be presented by NJCU in partnership with International Mediation Institute (IMI), Eotvos Lorand University, Budapest Conciliation Board affiliated with the Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Croatian Mediation Association, Georgian Bar Association, EBA Mediation and Arbitration Center, and the 鶹ý State Bar Association (NJSBA) Dispute Resolution Section.
Dr. Sue Henderson, president of NJCU, will be providing a welcome message for attendees and panelists before introducing the Keynote speaker for the event — His Excellency Péter Szijjártó — the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade for Hungary.
This enriching, digital event will be broadcast live with a global-to-local perspective featuring representation from several nations, including the United States, The Republic of Croatia, The Republic of Georgia, and Hungary.
Those expected to attend will include stakeholders from mediation centers, academia, NGOs, government representatives, businesses, chambers of commerce, and professional service providers for a robust discussion advancing mediation and business to improve cross-border commercial business.
